The problem of harmful effects on the soil supporting apparatus of tractors and machines and transport-technological complexes currently, rational choice of complex agricultural machinery, as well as combined machines for performing several operations in one pass of the unit. In accordance with modern trends in tillage, there is a refusal to turn the soil layer, and an increase in porosity and a decrease in soil density, as well as the destruction of the formed plow sole, is made by using deep diggers of various designs. It combines the deep-seated tools used in them working body - anchor, the wear resistance of which determines the resource of the entire tool. The anchor life is affected not only by the weight of the unit, high static and dynamic loads, but, to a greater extent, by abrasive wear. The analysis of the anchors that have run out of life showed that the limit state occurs when the weight of the working body is lost by 8,5%. Micrometering, in turn, gave data on extreme wear in the linear parameters «toe - heel» (maximum wear of 9,7% compared to the new part), «finger - front hole» (16%). Thus, the part is rejected at a loss of 10% to 16% of the initial linear dimensions. The laboratory for the restoration of worn parts of the Belgorod State Agrarian University on the basis of long-term research has proposed and tested the technology for the restoration of the deep-core anchor by surfacing the front part of the working body with the installation of heat-treated elements. Production tests of restored anchors in the Belgorod region on the basis of the Sukmanovka farm showed that the developed technology for restoring a worn-out working body reduces the cost of purchasing new parts by 47%, while providing 150% of the anchor resource.
