Restoration in depot of a cross-section of bandages of industrial electric locomotives by means of a naplavka without a vykatka of wheelpairs

Results of the executed researches on a choice of technology of restoration of a configuration of a profile of worn-out bandages of industrial electric locomotives are given in article by means of a naplavka without a vykatka of wheel pairs. The developed installation for a naplavka of crests is given, efficiency of a naplavka of crests of bandages by a wire of 30HGSA under gumboil ANK-18 is shown. Naplavka of worn-out crests in 3,5 times reduces rates of turning for restoration of a configuration of a surface of driving of worn-out bandages of electric locomotives and increases service life of wheel pairs by 33 %.
