East - West - Russia: concerning place of Russia in the project of globalization

The article reviews the issue on Oriental countries leadership (both demographic and economic, political) at the present stage of global civilization development, outlines economic and value foundations for success of Asian countries. The paper supplies evidence questioning the leadership of Asian countries, because there are lack of “Asian unity,” the dominant role of Western innovations and values in the development of Oriental countries economics among them. The research results describe inability to precisely match Russia with "East" or "West". However, the prospects of Russia development are associated with its accession to the project "XXI century is the century of the East rising".
