Involvement enterprises management into PR-training system process

The technologies of the most effective training systems in organization, and the formation of customer involvement (management organization or division) in the process of training its staff, and the relationship business results of organization with learning process are considered in the article. Available technology to build partnerships between customers and experts in education are proposed. The author considers the PR-system of training and examples of their construction.
