The article discusses the concept of staff involvement and its content as a way to improve the efficiency of the organization. The main approaches to the definition of the concept of employee engagement are highlighted. On the basis of a systematic approach, an analysis of the activity of the enterprise to involve personnel in the implementation of strategic development was carried out, a sociological method of questioning the employees of the enterprise to determine the engagement index was used. The factors of the involvement of the personnel of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim are highlighted. The proposed measures to improve staff involvement in the strategic development of the organization.
