The aim of the study is to investigate the involvement of socially-oriented business communities representatives to virtual social networks. Virtual social networks are playing an increasingly important role in the life of society. In recent years, not only the number of users of virtual social networks has increased, but also the time they spend in them on average during the day. This phenomenon leads to a reflection of all aspects of offline lifestyle within an online space, thus encouraging business communities members to organize their activities in virtual social networks. The paper describes the specifics concerning the use of such digital resources by socially-oriented business communities. Socio-demographic indicators were identified and compared with similar research data of authoritative foreign and domestic scientists. The study applied the online questionnaire method via Google forms. The data obtained can be useful both for the authorities supporting social entrepreneurship as well as for the socially oriented representatives of the business communities themselves.
