Initiation of civil proceedings on the application of state bodies and local self-government bodies for the protection of the rights of other persons

The article analyzes the processes related to the Initiation of civil proceedings on the application of state bodies and local self-government bodies to protect the rights of others. We have studied the grounds for filing a claim on their own behalf to protect the rights of other persons by state and local authorities. The characteristic features of procedural plaintiffs in civil proceedings are considered.
