Incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity: foreign experience of legislative regulation is responsible-news

This article provides a comparative legal analysis of models of criminal liability for incitement to hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity under the legislation of Russia and foreign countries. Gaps in Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation have been identified, and proposals have been formulated to change the current version of the article under study.
