The article presents the results of studies of the impact of economic indicators of quality of life, characterized by the level of well-being of the population. Russia carried out the method of correlation analysis taking into account time series for all regions of Russia over 9 years. According to the results of the research, it can be concluded that life expectancy, the spread of alcoholism and drug addiction, the crime rate and the population enrollment in higher education.
