Physical exercise impact on the students mind activity during the session

The tests and exams passing is a stressful period for students. The minimum level of physical activity during this period is necessary to maintain mental working capacity, comfortable physical and emotional state. This article lists and analyzes the main arguments in favor of physical education during the session: attention improvement, activity change, increase of mental working capacity. The authors presented a set of exercises aimed to compensating the lack of physical activity during the session for students of higher educational institutions.
