The impact of humanities technologies on the processes of ethnic and cultural development

This research deals with impact measures of the humanities technologies on the processes of ethnocultural development. The author compares primordial and constructivist approaches and outlines ways of convergence of these extreme attitudes. The article states that a nation is both a result of the objective historical development and a product of the social engineering. It is established, that the humanities technologies may have a correctional impact on the ethno-cultural development.
