Probiotics influence on condition of the first line of a small intestine mucosa'S immune protection at an irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea, a malabsorption syndrome and a celiac disease

The purpose of this work was communication research between a sIgA synthesis and a clinical picture of an irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea, a malabsorption syndrome, a celiac disease before treatment (163 patients), after standard treatment without probiotics (91 patient) and after treatment with probiotics including (72 patients). Efficiency of probiotics application has been estimated at these nosological forms. As a result of research of patients with various diseases of a small intestine at each of nosological forms negative various force correlation between a condition of the first line of local immunity of a small intestine and a mark estimation of clinical semiology has been taped. Efficiency of probiotic application is caused by degree of mucosa morphological changes and disturbance of local immune system function. In this connection probiotic application is the most effective at an irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea, at a part of patients with celiac disease and noneffectively at a malabsorption syndrome.
