The article is devoted to the study of the possibility of integration of efficiency indicators in a pharmaceutical organization. Theoretical aspects of the mechanism of key performance indicators in relation to the system of labor resources management are considered. Proof of relevance of implementation of key performance indicators in the enterprise is presented. An example of already existing more than 10 years, successfully realized experience of integration of efficiency indicators into the practice of a pharmaceutical organization is given. The author presents the results of such experience in one of Moscow online pharmacies, the social and economic efficiency of integration of key performance indicators as a tool to increase the training of staff of a pharmaceutical online retailer is justified. Also, you have made it clear that as a result of KPI integration, employees themselves begin to clearly understand the company's goals and ways to achieve them. Each of them knew his/her tasks for a certain period of working time, could monitor the target achievement strategy and quickly adjust its course. Payment was directly related to the result of the work, which made it possible to optimize the remuneration fund in general and the bonus fund in particular. The management level allows the management of a pharmaceutical organization to manage it remotely; In addition, it is possible to concentrate more on strategic work on the development of the company.
