Possibility of applying foreign experience evaluating population confidence in financial institutions in Russia

The article is devoted to the research of leading foreign scientists on the topic of confidence in monetary institutions. The difficulty of studying this issue lies in the fact that the banking system itself is quite dynamic. Today, all economic entities in one way or another interact with monetary institutions in connection with the continuous improvement of technologies and transactions and payments, which are an integral part of everyone’s work in the modern world. Despite the fact that there is an increase in the use of banking services, part of the population is still not ready to trust banking products and organizations that provide them with full confidence.
