Possibility of prediction of genital prolapse in women of the Kyrgyz Republic

Genital prolapse remains one of the urgent problems of modern gynecology. The article discusses the risk factors for the development of the disease. The anamnesis of life and anamnesis of the disease of patients were studied. 71.6% of the examined women had a history of intrauterine manipulations (medical/spontaneous abortion, medical and diagnostic curettage of the uterine cavity), 70.5% of women were obese (of which 30% were I-II degree obesity), perineal ruptures during childbirth had 72.1%, of which 54.9% had repeated injuries during childbirth. 42.6% of women did hard work for a long time (builders, cooks, agricultural workers), 57.4% of women had a load in everyday life (care for young children, working in the country, living in a private house and housekeeping). The article presents several perineometers that allow you to determine the strength of the pelvic floor muscles.
