The article considers the possibility of influence of principals (owners, heads of organizations) on the market transformation of the Russian economy. The importance of a meaningful analysis of the impact of the principals of enterprises on the transformation of the Russian economy through the prism of the concept of qualification of heads of organizations is shown.
