Opportunities to adapt foreign experience in human resources management for the government service in Russia

The article examines advantages and disadvantages of using foreign experience in work with government officers and perspective directions of its adaptation. The reference to foreign experience in human resources management for government service allows the authors to identify perspective directions of reforming the system of staff management at government agencies and institutions taking into account Russian reality, citizens’ current and future demands for government services.
