Very often arterial hypertension observed on patients suffering from adrenal gland neoplastic disease without clinico-laboratorial signs of it's hormonal activity. That is why it seems to be very difficult to decide, if it is adrenal hypertension or continuation of essential hypertension. The comparative evaluation of hemodynamic indices by the applied potential reovasography method had been performed on 77 patients suffering from different hormonal-active adrenal gland neoplastic disease combined with arterial hypertension syndrome. The hemodynamic criteria definitive for each type of adrenal hypertension has been revealed. Due to this, it seems to be possible to differ secondary hypertension from the essential one.
