The banking services in effective order are financed by the municipal public health

The article is devoted to the public health system, its issues are related on the financing activities from the budgets of federal, regional and local levels. The terms of development of public health agencies have differences from basic conditions, which are defined with the developments of modern public health. The cooperation with banks allows to strengthen the financial bases of public health institutions.
