Diagnostic efficacy of fluorescent colonoscopy using Alasense agent was assessed in detection of adenomatous polyps in 78 patients. Fluorescent diagnostics (FD) was performed using the techniques of visual assessment of fluorescent image and local fluorescent spectroscopy. Sensitivity and specificity were 87,5 % and 95,7 %, respectively. The use of local fluorescent spectroscopy as a step in the complex fluorescent examination allowed specificity of fluorescent colonoscopy with Alasense to be increased from 42,3 % to 95,7 %.
