Possibilities and restrictions of using decent work indicators in Russian regions

This article is a tool for the statistical investigation of decent work in different regions of Russia. Discussing the advantages and disadvantages, as well as the suitability of a number of indicators related to key aspects of decent work, the author offers an integrated approach to analyze socio-labor sphere in the regions of Russia in the context of the ILOs decent work concept. The research concludes with recommendations for statistical authorities of the Russian Federation made with the purpose to improve and supplement the existing statistical indicators and create a database of decent work.
