Opportunities and threats of implementations of the Crimean Republic's development of the innovative scenario

In this article the question of possibilities and threats of the implementation of the innovative scenario of the social-economic development of the Crimean Republic and the Sevastopol city is observed. Analysing this situation in regions I can define that intensive state financing of infrastructural objects, creation of innovative-industrial clusters, investive growth of the major capital is going to lead to the gross regional product''s growth. Along with negative tendentions are defined, such as significant wear of major funds, the low innovative activity, growth of poverty level. The results of research show that now the Crimean Republic is developing by a modernized way, but in the case of sanctions'' cancellation the following regions will be invectively attractive and the innovative scenario can be successfully realized.
