Possibilities of using Data Science to analyze the economic activities of an educational organization

The article deals with the problems of using Data Science technologies to analyze the economic sphere of activity of an educational organization in a situation of digital transformation. In the course of the study, it was found that to date, Data Science has found its application for assessing only some individual economic processes and activities of commercial organizations, but is not yet widely used in the field of education. The possibilities of using Data Science to assess the indicators of economic activity and business practices of educational institutions in the field of vocational education are shown. The advantages of using Data Science technologies for Russian educational institutions in the field of vocational education are determined. The main tasks are outlined, the implementation of which will allow the implementation of Data Science technologies in the practice of educational institutions in the field of vocational education. It is concluded that in the context of the development of the national economy in the situation of the formation of a digital society, a comprehensive and systematic study of theoretical, methodological and practical approaches to the use of Data Science technologies is necessary to conduct an economic analysis of the activities of Russian educational institutions in the field of vocational education, as well as existing problems in this area.
