The possibilities of application China's economic-technological development areas experience in relation to Russian's areas of advanced social and economic development

China's economic-technological development areas have been analyzed in the article in the context of the key assumptions-determinants. Positive results are provided for application in relation to Russian's areas of advanced socio-economic development. The possibility of investigated experience's enforcement is substantiated by author on the basis of discovered economic assumptions. The suggesting implementation of successful Chinese experience can be afforded to reorient the economic situation on recovery the Russian's lost industrial potential with providing of growth's industrial production.
