The possibilities of using generational theory to improve the management of young workers

The article shows that the theory of generations contributes to more effective management of young workers. The study highlights the advantages of using this theory, and provides examples of successful application of the theory of generations in practice. Knowing the characteristics of different generations, managers can adapt incentive methods for their employees, which will create a more productive and harmonious working environment where young workers can show initiative and creativity.
