Studying of lexical semantics in the process of cultural and language competence formation

The article deals with the methodical interpretation of concepts of lexical semantics as viewed from the adaptation approach to the course of tuition at school. The author characterizes the methodology of linguocultural enrichment which contributes to the formation of cultural and language competence of students on the basis of language and culture interaction and the results of this interaction which are objectified in the lexical meaning of language units.
