The possibilities of the qualified approach usage to the direct understanding of the operative-detective activity means based on the solution of destructive usage of psychoactive substances problem

The article analyses the qualified approach to the solution of the direct understanding problem of special technical and other means of operative-detective activity. The possibilities of the mentioned qualified approach to the solution of the problem of synthetic psychoactive substances distribution, which are not under control, but using by drug addicts for intoxication are considered. The changes in operative-detective and operative-technical actions, the additions in the legal acts to bring more criminal proceedings for illegal application of weapon, special and operative-detective activity means are suggested.
