The possibilities of the radiation method in the diagnosis of intraductal papilloma

Intraductal papilloma is one of the most common causes of nipple's discharge. Frequent combination of intraductal papilloma with severe forms of dysplasia and atypical hyperplasia leads to the need for surgical treatment, the volume of which largely depends on the quality of diagnosis of the disease. This article presents an overview of the various manifestations of intraductal papillomas, which will allow doctors to establish the diagnosis with greater certainty and to determine further managing of the patient.
