Цель исследования - характеристика различных методов локальной физической деструкции, применяемых в лечении больных агрессивным фиброматозом, и демонстрация международного опыта их применения. материал и методы. Обзор отечественных и зарубежных научных источников, представленных в базах данных РИНЦ (Российский индекс научного цитирования) и NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information) в период с 2002 по 2022 г., посвященных особенностям методов термической аблации (таких как радиочастотная и микроволновая аблация, криодеструкция, высокоинтенсивная фокусированная ультразвуковая терапия), применяющихся в терапии пациентов с десмоидными фибромами различной локализации, их безопасности и эффективности.
