Possibilities of a notary in the sphere of extrajudicial protection of the rights and legal interests of citizens and organizations

The article discusses the possibilities of notaries in an out-of-court mechanism for protecting the rights and interests of citizens and organizations in modern Russia. All of the above is based on the disclosure of the terminology reflected in the current editions of the relevant regulatory legal acts. The article discusses the basics of notaries in Russia, the possibilities of its functioning, directions of improving notarial activities. The assessment of the potential of the notary is given when giving the notary additional powers in the field of undisputed jurisdiction. Recommendations are given on the direction of changing legislation, which, according to the author, will improve the situation with the notary as a whole.
