Resources of public organizations in the field of formation and implementation of youth policy in Russia

The article analyses the public organizations’ resources in the field of development and implementation of youth policy in the Russian Federation. It is concluded, that the authorities provide ample opportunities for establishment and operation of public associations, thus, the current Russian public organizations have sufficient power in the development and implementation of the youth policy.
