Possibilities of covering deficiency of the federal budget

This paper analyzes the structure and dynamics of the government borrowing market of the Russian Federation. The main sources of financing to cover the federal budget deficit are identified. The analysis of the bond issue market, its indicators and development prospects was carried out.
