Possibilities of increase effectiveness treatment of patients with a psoriasis of moderate severity in the resort of the lake Saky

Influence of a complex of mud and brine of the lake Saky with use of medicine of alpha Acidum lipoicum at patients with a psoriasis of moderately severity is stage. There are 65 patients were examine with a psoriasis of moderate severity, a stationary stage on the basis of Saky’s Military clinical sanatorium of MO of the Russian Federation of N.I. Pirogov. In group of the patients treated of mud and brine of the lake Saky with medicine of alfalipoicum acidi more considerable regress of clinical-morphological indexes PASI, sPGA, SAPASI, DLQI with, increase in remission and quality of life of patients with restitution of a morfo-funcional condition of skin and regulatory supressorno-cytotoxic mechanisms of the immune answer with a tendency to decrease in an expression of some molecules of cytokines were observed.
