This article discusses the possibility of introducing flexible system of remuneration at Russian enterprises. The approaches to improving the wage system at the enterprise are examined with the aim of strengthening material incentives for employees and increasing their interest in the final results of the enterprise. The problem of remuneration of labor is considered in the article not as an aggravating phenomenon for the Russian economy, but as the possibility of applying innovative solutions that allow a fresh look at human capital and its effectiveness.
