Possibility of using of GIS-technologies in botanical researches

The possibility of usage of GIS-technologies in preparation for fieldwork and analysis of results is examined; the diagram of the grid division of the territory of Mordovia is brought for the first time; the possibility to create databases on the basis of GIS-technologies for rare plants is described.
