Reasons of search of new methods of treatment of obliterating atherosclerosis, based on stimulation of angiogenesis are resulted in the article; actuality of improvement of treatment results of patients with operated lower extremities concerning a chronic arterial ischemia is grounded. Own experience of application of granulocyte colony stimulating factor for patients, sufferings from obliterating atherosclerosis of lower extremities is expounded.
