Opportunities to apply natural therapeutic factors of the Altai region in correction of psycho-emotional state

The aim of the study is to study the effects of recreational spa technologies application of natural therapeutic factors of the Altai region on the state of psycho-emotional status, quality of life of employees of institutions under the jurisdiction of the Russian FMBA. As a re sult of the implementation of open prospective randomized conducted in parallel groups with the formation of observation groups and comparison of clinical study of 45 patients, showed signs of psycho-emotional overexertion, increase in anxiety, decrease in quality of life. Comprehensive treatment with the inclusion of therapy with elastic pseudo-boiling layer (EPL) and nitrogen-flint radon-containing baths reduced levels of stress, psycho-emotional tension and situational anxiety, increased the level of somatic health, which allows you to recommend a treatment complex, in order to correct chronic psycho-emotional stress, increase psychological adaptation to production loads, resistance to stress, nervous overload, overwork.
