The results of the treatment of 85 patients with pancreatic trauma treated from 2004 to 2015 are presented. There are the results of the modern methods of diagnosis and treatment tactics options with different degrees of damage. Diagnostic laparoscopy allows to refine the indications for laparotomy. Reduction the indications for plugging reduces the number of postoperative complications.
