Possibilities of the socio-educational environment of a professional educational organization in the education of patriotic qualities of the personality of students

The article proposes conclusions based on the results of the activities of the teaching staff of the “Verkhneuralsk Agrotechnological College - Cossack Cadet Corps” under the program of the regional innovation platform on the topic “Student self-government as a means of educating patriotism based on the national and cultural traditions of Cossack self-government”. The construction of a patriotically oriented socio-educational environment and its content, which provides scientific and systematic educational work on the formation of patriotic qualities of students’ personality, is shown. The active role of student self-government and social partnership in collective educational work is indicated; some methods and means providing the result are named. The article proposes criteria and indicators for assessing patriotism, which are congruently correlated with the indicators of the Federal State Educational Standard of the SVE in terms of general cultural competence 6 and local national and cultural traditions. Some digitized results are given.
