Possibility backscattering spectrometry for diagnostics of skin neoplasms

Бесплатный доступ

The data on cutaneous melanoma epidemiology and diagnostic techniques. New method diagnosis of skin neoplasms is suggested. The results of resonance Raman spectroscopy of human skin neoplasms in vitro and in vivo are analyzed. Displayed: by means of original two-stage phase analysis of obtained parameters the method possesses high sensitivity and specificity scores. Conclusions: new technique of early non-invasive skin neoplasms diagnosis is suggested.
