Opportunities for managing the transformation of the economic space of Russia

In the article, the economic space is defined as an ensemble of social positions, on which business entities operate and interact, producing and reproducing various products and services. The author justifies the necessity, possibilities and boundaries of the operational and strategic management of his transformation. In the article, all the main properties and elements of the economic space and its segments are divided into two groups: available for operational management and available mainly for strategic management. It is noted that today, beyond its state management, the transformation of the economic space of Russia remains many of its segments, components and properties. At the same time, shadow management practices of its transformation are widely used. These practices were resorted to and resorted to by state officials of different levels, representatives of the legislative and judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, and the business community. In the author's opinion, the activities of "shadow managers" of spatial transformations should be put under strict state and public control.
