Possible algorithms of actions in various situations of investigating illicit cultivation of plants containing narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their precursors

The article considers the algorithms of actions that allow consistently resolve emerging tactical investigative tasks taking into account the initial situations in investigation of illicit cultivation of plants containing narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their precursors. Organizational and tactical recommendations concerning particular investigative actions aimed at building the evidence base on mentioned above cases are suggested by the authors.
