Potential risks and challenges in process of the development of the Arctic shelf

The article considers the challenges and risks arising on the international level in the process of the development of the Arctic shelf. The approaches to the implementation of existing international law and its application in all disagreements are analyzed. The author gives an estimation of international politics in the development of the Arctic shelf, and explores the development of international relations and cooperation in this area.
