Origin and development of newspapers in the Buryat language in Buryatia in the 1923-1930’s

The article reveals the causes of origin and peculiarities of newspapers development in the Buryat language in Buryatia in the 1923-1930’s. The study of previously inaccessible sources, complex scientific approach made it possible to consider the newspapers in the Buryat language as an integral object. Its establishment and development were provided by inner factors and at the same time it was considered as a subject which was influenced by external - ideological and general civilization factors, by dynamics of their interaction and mutual influence.
