Origin and development of a joint will in foreign law

The Institute of joint wills, known to Russian civil law since 2019, meanwhile, has been distributed in other countries of the world for more than 100 years. Therefore, this article examines the diversity of taking into account the will of citizens regarding the disposal of property in the event of death in the form of joint wills, both in terms of subject composition and content.
