Age changes of activity of transferases in the tissues of the small intestine in rabbits

The article presents data on age-related fluctuations in the activity of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase enzymes in the tissues of the mucous and muscular layers of the proximal, medial and distal parts of the jejunum in rabbits. It was found that rabbits are born with low activity of enzymes in all layers of the jejunum, but with age it increases. It is determined in what periods the level of enzymes increases, decreases or stabilizes. It is revealed that in different areas of the jejunum during the studied period the activity of transferases varies.
