We studied sex and age related components of a healthy lifestyle self-assessment among physicians in Tver (Russia). Everybody understands the high value of a healthy lifestyle for well-being, functinal longevity, education of children, etc. Physicians as carriers of information about a healthy lifestyle, often develop for themselves a different paradigm for maintaining health.
