On the basis of the results of sociological research the analysis of temporary employment of the under-age in Orel and the Orel Region is made. Motives impelling the under-age to labour as well as forms of their employment are considered. The conclusion on the positive account of this factor, forming adaptive generation and human capital of the region is made.
