The article considers a number of problems connected with the illicit traf-ficking of new psychoactive substances as well as it dwells upon the urgent issue of the implementation of the temporary prohibition on new psychoactive substances (PAS) as a measure of counteraction to the psychoactive substances illicit trafficking. The authors also review the foreign experience of implementation of temporary prohibition on the psychoactive substances.
