Time-domain heart rate variability in patients with arrhythmias combined with connective tissue dysplasia associated with taking of Magnerot

Dependences of heart rate variability and disposition of ectopic focus stimulation in myocardium and severity of arrhythmic syndrome was studied. 72 participants of the study suffered from arrhythmias combined with connective tissue dysplasia. Patients with ventricular ectopic beat had lowering activity of parasympathetic control. Participants with supraventricular extrasystoles had high activity of both parts autonomic nervous system with predominance sympathetic control. Taking of Magnerot for 4 months had reliable corrective effect on the vegetative provision of heart activity.
